He Recovered...

    Thank God, Ikie Boy finally recovered after 24 hours of his medication. No more blood...

    So again, he was back being energetic than ever!!!

Ikie's First Visit to the VET with us

     Since Ikie is still considered a PUP, despite the vaccine and the Deworm... more often than not...PUP would still get it somehow. 3 days after we got him... he pooped with a bit of a blood on his feces. So, the "daddy" got helluva scared, we immediately brought him to the vet. Ikie's first ever visit to the vet with RV.

       He was examined... and honestly, initially they find him not to be sick at all... He wasn't really naman eh.. we're just trying to prevent whatever. The vet had a hard time with our IKIE, he was so playful. he kept on running and jumping around. After all the examinations done and his first ever FECALYSIS FLOTATION the vet did not find any, just a few bacteria and perhaps he got it from the not so purified water that we got here. 

      So, to make this PUP more expensive than ever... he H20 needs to be DISTILLED Water this time... Hmmmmmm. Plus his Vit B needs to be APPETENS (P516) whew!!! MAHAL ha... Anyways, he's now the apple of the eye...

My First Bath

      Ikie's not supposed to take a bath after we got him since he just got his vaccine just recently. so 4 days after... Actually, we were itching to bathe him a day after, we wanted to huddle him over definitely... But the vet said not yet... and so 3 days after... here he was!!!

     ♥ He was super quiet and subtle when he was bathing, no complaints at all!!! Then, he had fun while we were blow drying him. He must have loved the fact that he's refreshed once again!!!

Our First Pet... Yorkie!

     
    I can't believe what we've gotten here... A bundle of joy and a bundle of tiring days up ahead. In a spur of the moment, we have a cute lil puppy. One decision that was just done without planning at all. 

    
    Woke up at the wee hours last Monday the 23rd of this month after hibernating for 12 hours, she did some browsing and found a 7 month old Shih tzu crossbreed Japanese Spitz for adoption. She tried to communicate with the owner and was about to adopt the poor guy. I require a picture sent to us. The poor dog seemed so worn out and even ill. And so we backed out. Unaware, what she was doing online... I was just surprise how she talked about dogs the whole time last Monday and how badly she wanted to get one. 

The Hunt:

I thought we were just gonna check over pet shops, but went home with an IKIE BOY.

     Went to BIORESEARCH first and saw about 10 different kinds of dogs and one awfully looking black piglet. (Hmmm, I wonder why there's a pig there, BABE? eew!) The dogs were enclosed individually on a cage in a room with a crystal clear glass for us to see. I immediately checked on the price list with their corresponding names posted just in front of me and have to check on the not so pricey one definitely. I forgot the dog's breed but it was priced P11,000, it was not cute really... though the price was a bit enticing, I did not mind checking him out anymore.  

Honestly I got easily irritated with all the loud woofing. It's as if they're trying in for an audition and trying their best to win our hearts. There was only one peaceful looking pup, he was situated at the far end just staring at us without moving. I asked his breed, I really can't tell since he was well groomed and I'm kind of vision impaired.  My vision thought he was a shih tzu...=) but I know he's not. He's a bit of a price but he's worth the price (I know). We asked them to reserve him for an hour to check other pet shop. 

We got him anyway...

      The other pet shop fronting St Paul's in SM North did not provided us with "that something" we're looking for. So we headed down at once back to BioReaserch to get him. He was one happy dog. Before he was turned over to us, he was groomed.

Look at him, he was so adorable... with no complaints... at aLL!!!

• We got him a cute BLUE Leash which is a must.

• A dirty white dog carrier right away... definitely we will transit him most of the time.

       Surely he simply won our hearts, coz we just treated him with all the shopping  【ツ】

We Got a New Pup!!!

Been Procrastinating about getting a pup since we lost Jersey back in 2007 and Donna died after 16 years of her not so fruitful existence in 2010 … let’s just say that we tend to be attached that much… but longing really finds it way somehow....

We got a new pup yesterday at BIORESEARCH… it was one spontaneous decision. We just planned to check and not buy one yet but this cute Lil fellow is just simply adorable and hard to resist… He just won our ♥.
